Unborn Promise

To the baby that never will be born
And part of my mortal flesh going on
I do so want a you to come back one day.
Inside the dream guiding me I am torn
While my careful plotting self knows you're gone
Though your spirit fades your return I pray.

The hall echoes in the empty vacuum
Now created by your non-existence
And the bouncing of your soul discorporated
As I hope for the bounce to be there.
Child could I, can I, call you back from time doom
At a different bend of hope's subsistence
In a river of life's chances undissipated
In a fairer moment of life and hope I will dare.
